Viral Savory Dumpling Bake

Advertisements

I came across a video of someone making this dumpling bake and thought it looked delicious! While I usually do not pay much attention to viral recipes, I couldn’t pass this one up.

This dish is particularly good for people who are dairy intolerant (like me), with the addition of coconut milk instead of dairy cream. There is also the option of substituting the coconut milk for cashew cream or something like soy.

Highlights

  • Customizable

This dish can easily be customized to fit your dietary needs, whether you are gluten-free or looking to increase your daily protein intake.

  • No Frying Necessary

When cooking dumplings, you would usually have to fry them off in a pan just to get the edges a little crispy, but this dish omits that step.

  • Quick and Easy

The total prep time for this recipe ended up being less than 15 minutes. If you are super busy and may be running short on time, this recipe will come together quickly and cook for about 30 minutes.

  • Freezer Friendly

This recipe is something that could be prepared ahead of time and then cooked from frozen. If cooking from frozen, it will take longer to cook and will need to bake uncovered for the last couple of minutes.

For this recipe, I used the Linh Ling potstickers that can be purchased at Costco in a huge bag. You can substitute the Ling Ling potstickers for any of your favorite potstickers or dumplings.

Feel Good Foods makes amazing frozen potstickers that can be used for those with gluten sensitivities, with the options of either chicken or pork.

I appreciate anyone who takes the time to view my recipe or visit the blog; it truly means a lot to me. I am working hard to balance all the things in life and pursue my passion to share tried&true family recipes as well as some of the new ones I have come across due to trends.
